Payment

·        Payment must be received within 3 days after buyer purchased. We appreciate in prompt payment.

Shipping

    ·        We ship world wild, Except Australia, Canada, Netherlands, Brazil, Israel, Mexico, EU country and Russia.

    ·        Ship plant on your verified PayPal  address.

    ·        Ship with Phytosanitary Certification.

    ·         Ship to foreign friend by bare root, no soil and may cut some damage leaves before delivery.

    ·        Shipping cost of EMS World package, First shipping cost is 47 US$ and additional is 6 US$/plant.

    ·        Usually we ship on Monday and Thursday or ship within 7 day after the payment received.

    ·        Usually Package delivery time about 10-21 days however we cannot guarantee the delivery time if the post office has any unexpected delay in other condition as holiday, weather or customs.

Responsible and refund:

·        In case of plant dead on arrival, please take a picture of plant when you received both leaf and root immediately.

·        We refund if the root rot or damage.

·        Our refund isn’t involved in leaf damage. Please understand that the transportation and take long time on long distance make some leaf can be yellowish or damage.

·        Refund only plant cost, excluding shipping or transportation cost.

·        Please check your custom law and make sure that your country allows importing of this variety plants, rhizome, bulbs and seeds.

·        We don't responsible or refund if plant box delay, stop, confiscated, detain or destroy by your custom.

·        Buyer’s responsible to pay tax, import fee and other charged.
